A/D microprocessor delivers more features and functions to ensure the Intercomp
TL6000 with 2000 pound max capacity is a versatile yet easy to use tool. Everything is powered by two (9V)
alkaline batteries that provide more then 500 hours of continuous use to ensure
you are virtually never without power. No other tension link offers these all
encompassing features in one complete unit.

Design
Light weight and compact the TL6000 answers most overhead weighing requirement
but now provides the ultimate in portability. Perfect for weighing in multiple
locations. It allows easy installation into almost any line and reduces headroom
loss due to the low overall height. The TL6000 is your mobile weighing and line
tension device for use anywhere and anytime.
Unparallel
Accuracy
Performance characteristics wouldn't mean a thing if not for the TL6000's unparalleled
accuracy AND repeatability. Temperature compensation and state of the art strain
gauge sensors provide an accuracy of +/-0.1% of applied load. Unique microprocessor
technology requires only three point Linearization for simple and straight forward
keypad calibration. All standards are traceable to the National Institute of
Standards and Technologies. Formal calibration certificates are standard with
each unit.
Durable
Construction
The TL6000 is constructed from high strength aluminum.
All models are sealed for maximum protection against repeated strain, corrosion
and deterioration, thereby granting a longer life. Shock mounted and capable
of withstanding loads up to 200% of rated capacity and maintains a safety factor
of 5:1. All load bearing components capable of meeting U.S. Navy hardness ratings.
Uses Crosby top and bottom shackles (available as options). NEMA 4X / IP 65
environmentally sealed for all weather performance.
TL6000
Tension Link Scale, Capacities from 500 lb/250 kg - 10,000 lb / 5000kg Monitor,
control and test overhead and tension loads. NEMA 4X / IP 65 aluminum, carbon,
or stainless steel enclosure. Large 1.2 inch/30 mm LCD with membrane switches.
Operates from two 9-volt alkaline batteries for up to 800 hours. Wireless remote
control display is optional.

Remote Control Display
If
cables get in the way of your operation, rest assured the TL-RF (pn: 150138)
series wireless remote indicators can get around and operate within a wide band
of frequencies at distances up to 300 feet / 100 meters. Intercomp utilizes
powerful transceivers that are FCC certified and require no special licensing
requirements.
TL6000 Display
Remote Control
Accessorize the TL6000 with
an optional full function remote control display. Hardwired to link for applications
where wireless option is not feasible. Single display (pn: 150111) remote allows
you to view weight from remote only (no display on tension link). Tandem display
remote (pn: 150113) allows you to view weight on both tension link and the remote
display.
