These 6000 gram capacity balances are compact, feature a large backlit LCD display, rugged ABS housing, heavy duty load cell and are easy to use and with over 3000 of the HRB balances sold over the past several years, it is a proven performer.
Capacities in the HRB series are available from 100 grams to 20,000 grams. Readabilities range from 0.001 grams to 0.1 gram. These economy digital scales offer high performance at a great price. HRB 6001 balances meet the highest technical weighing requirements for a balance in its class with six thousand gram capacity.
The HRB series are ideal balances for general laboratory, industrial and educational weighing applications requiring multiple weighing modes on a tight budget. Some nice features of the HRB balances include: glass draft shield (on select models), leveling feet to ensure accurate weighing, removable stainless steel weigh pan, multiple weighing modes, Backlit LCD display, A/C power supply or AA battery power, and simple counting function (on select models).
The HRB-6001 features a fairly high weighing capacity of 6000g with a 0.1g resolution (60,000 divisions) and the price of this scale is really impressive for that kind of performance. Best of all the HRB6001 includes parts counting mode which is great for trying to count really light weight items.
