Counting Scale 12x14 Bench Scale 150 lb

Today there are many choices when it comes to industrial bench scales and counting scales. Some people call them bench scales, while other folks call them counter top scales. Truthfully, there are many different ways that customers refer to a standard 12x14 scale that sits on the table. These work great in a warehouse setting if you're looking to weigh boxes of parts. When you connect them to a digital counting scale, they also work great for counting large boxes of parts. 

This item is a high quality C100 counting scale with your choice of capacity. We have everything from 6 lb up to 60 lb. Then we connect and calibrate the C100 counting scale to a high quality 12x14 industrial bench scale platform with 150 pound capacity.  

The result is an outstanding counting scale "system" that will allow you to count virtually anything in your warehouse. This is all brand new, high quality weighing equipment. The bench scale platform that we provide will be a brand new Industrial style scale. 

The benefit of a system like this is to utilize the smallest max capacity that you can on the counting scale for great accuracy and to obtain a precise average piece weight.  Then, you simply press the Remote Scale button and you are able to count parts using the large bench scale platform up to 150 pounds worth.

The actual sample that you obtain is done using the C100 industrial counting scale. Then once you've obtained the average piece weight, that is transferred over to the bench scale so you can now count larger quantities if you wish. 

If you're counting REALLY lightweight items like resistors or o-rings, then you probably need to choose a 6 or 12 lb capacity counting scale. If you're counting something heavier like bolts or screws, then a 30 or 60 lb capacity counting scale might be fine.
