Contact Form (Returns)

Thanks for visiting our website. We will be happy to exchange, refund, or credit any return you have as long as the scale is in the same condition as it was shipped in. (Including original packing and box with no damage or writing). All returns must be within 10 days of receipt of the product, must be in original packaging, and in new condition. A 10 to 30 percent re-stocking fee will be charged on all items due to credit card processing fees, supplier restocking fees, and / or handling fees. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable. We do not accept returns on test weights or consumable items such as printer ribbons and labels. Please note that many of our products ship for "free", but if they are returned our actual shipping costs will still be deducted from the refund.

If your order falls within the 10 days timeline please complete the form below. If your order falls outside of the 10 day window, we can't accept returns but in most cases your item does include a manufacturers warranty and we would be glad to help you work with the manufacturer to make sure you're weighing correctly.
