For many years on 1800scales.com all we offered was high quality, legal for trade industrial floor scales. However, the market has shifted and we now do offer a few lesser scales that still meet our requirements for quality.
The FS-40x40-5-NN scale on this page does just that at an affordable price. We commonly refer to these as cheap floor scales which is true in the sense that they do cost less than the legal for trade models. But the quality of this scale is pretty good for the money. We will do our best to ship what is pictured but we do sometimes have to substitute products of equal or greater value due to stock levels. If having this particular readout is important or having this particular platform color is important, be sure to let us know.
This is a basic entry level 40" x 40" Floor Scale calibrated with digital weight indicator. The system has global appeal and is ideal for weighing pallets in your warehouse or any other non-commercial application. The 40x40 floor scale is great for customers looking to set a pallet or drum on the scale using a forklift. However, if you want to use a pallet jack please see our 5x5 floor scale with a ramp.
